buy-sale2u: Feedback for Compliments, Complaints & Disputes

From time to time, buy-sale2u receive some feedback on transactions. However, as of today, they have all been negative in nature. Judging from the increasing number of sellers here, it's the right time to set up a database of transaction feedback.

We're looking at some scenarios for feedback. These include, but are not limited to:

• Misrepresentation by sellers of equipment state of ownership (demo/old/used items being sold as new)
• Misrepresentation of condition (modified or non-authorised repairs stated otherwise, warranty)
• Transaction speed/turnaround time (eg. does it take more than a week for the deal to happen?)
• Positive feedback (courteousness, corrective actions etc.)
• Buyers who back-off at the last minute for some non-valid reason, after goods have been shipped
• Non-payment for goods received.

What you have to do: Just add your feedback in the Comments section. This post will serve as the primary Feedback database for future buyers/sellers to refer to.

Before you go about this, the only criteria to post feedback is that you have to be a buy-sale2u member. This will help us verify who you are to ensure your comments are valid.
